You can view the minimum tickets required is set by each competition host and for each prize they are offering. You can easily see this any host’s prize page.

We are guessing you will be watching our draws like a hawk to see if you have scooped one of the great prizes! Each host have different drawing times and methods. You should check with your host for more details.

The ticket price for each competition is set by the competition hosts. You can see the ticket price on the competition pages.

All payments go through our secure payment provider. Payments are not made to the hosts.

Competitions can have different end times. These are set by the hosts on a competition basis. The competition prize pages from each host will show you all the details you need.

This is dependent on how the host has decided to pick the winner. Some hosts use our built in random winner picker. Other hosts prefer a more live approach such as streaming a Google random number session. Check your hosts competition page for more details

Yes you do. We take a small percentage of every order but you get to keep the rest!

Yes of course. You can easily set your profile name, upload a profile image and banner to fully personalise the user experience.

You and your customer will receive an email notification of each order. That order email will contain the important details like customer name and ticket number etc.

You can also view all your orders in your vendor control panel.

It’s free to create a competition on our site. We only charge a 10% commission sales.

No, you can charge any price you like per ticket.

There is no limits placed on the number of tickets for any competition on our platform.

This is up to you. You can set the maximum number of tickets per entrant in your competition management screen.

This is up to you. You can set the competition start and end dates using your competition manager.

You can opt to use our automated winner picker or you can manually pick a winner using something like Google random number picker. Just make sure you inform your entrants as to how you plan on picking the winner.

Winners are notified by email and the competition page will also display the selected winner.

You can submit a withdrawal request and once approved payment will be made into your preferred payment method. We currently support Paypal and bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests are easily submitted using our withdrawal request tool found on your vendor dashboard.
